This example continues the idea of using altered dominants for the vi and V chords, and we've got an ascending chromatic line in the first voice. Your fourth finger will be a guide finger as you move from the Fmaj9 and the D7b5. This is a great progression to work on examining your technique and eliminating any excess hand motion while switching chords.
