This is another I - vi - ii - V turnaround in the key of F. The first chord here is an Fmaj7 with A as the soprano tone, in the top voice. We're going to keep the A note as our top voice in each chord of the turnaround. Using the fourth finger in the Dm7 chord may seem unorthodox, but it allows the A note of the previous chord to sustain, giving you a more legato sound.
