Watch the Pass the Barre online guitar lesson by Brad Carlton from Chord Studies: Inversions Vol. 1
This example demonstrates the D Minor triad on the first, second, and third strings through all three inversions. We begin with the second inversion triad in first position, then move to the fifth position, then the tenth, and wrap up the cycle in the thirteenth fret. Here's an option for fingerings: maintain a one-half barre with your index finger, barring the first three strings in each position and using your second and third fingers for the other notes.
