What we're going to do here is extend our Dm chord to a Dm11. As before, we're going to move that C note to a B note, and that gives us a G6/7. It's labeled as a G6/7 and not as a G13 because there is no 9 in the chord, but you may encounter it sometimes written as G13. Chord nomenclature is not as standardized as it perhaps could be. Try mixing it up with some ii - V changes in different keys.
