This is a straight 8th rock blues feel. Notice how when you go from an E7sus4 to an E7 the only finger that moves is my third finger. Our third chord, C9, could be thought of enharmonically as a Gm/C and likewise the B9sus4 could be thought of as A/B. It's important to think about your chords in this manner to get the full picture.
