Watch the Stick With The System online guitar lesson by Brad Carlton from Chord Studies: CAGED Chords Vol. 1
This final example takes a four chord progression and applies the various forms of the EDCAG and CAGED system to allow your fretting hand to stay in one position as you play through the different chords. We'll start with the G minor form for the B minor chord, then the E form for the A chord, and finally the D form for the two G chords. The second half of the progression uses the E minor form for the B minor chord, the D form for the A chord, and finally the C form for the last two bars of G.
