Watch the D Minor For All online guitar lesson by Brad Carlton from Chord Studies: CAGED Chords Vol. 1

This example uses a D Minor chord form from the EDCAG system to play both an A minor and a B minor chord. Let your first finger of your fretting hand extend over five strings and barre them, leaving just a bit of extra overlap to mute the sixth string with the tip of your index finger. The root of the chord is on the fourth string here, so you have the fifth of the chord always available on that fifth string.
