Make sure for this example you are on the tips of your fingers as it is essential to getting all of the notes to come out clear. We start off easy enough with a standard C chord, then move up to a Dadd4/C. This can be a challenging chord because you have to clear the third string not only with your ring finger but with your first finger as well. Keeping your fingernails short is critical for a lot of these voicings!
