Watch the Two Three Four online guitar lesson by Corey Congilio from Solo Factory: Texas Blues
Here we’re utilizing patterns two, three, and four of the pentatonic scale. We’re obviously playing this over our uptempo straight feel but, this is easily translated to any rhythmic style. We add a G# when sliding in the first bar which gives us a slight major sound. Texas blues and most blues players infuse these major sounds all of the time. This goes by quickly and will please the ear so, get this one under your fingers ASAP!
