The first four changes here - Fsus, Ebsus, Dmin, Csus - are dominated by that suspended sound, broken up only subtly by the D minor. As shown with the licks played, the same scale shape can be used over all the sus chords. In fact, mirroring your phrases from one to the next can be effective in bringing out the changes. The differentiation of the D minor can be brought out with a little emphasis on the note F, since it's the b3 that gives D minor its character.
