Watch the Think Again Pt. 1 online guitar lesson by David Blacker from Lone Wolf Blues
This piece is a take on the fingerpicking pattern in Bob Dylan's classic song "Don't Think Twice It's Alright".
In PT 1 we get into the main verse structure of the progression. As opposed to other examples in this course this Travis picking pattern does not feature a well defined high melody structure. For this reason it's a useful piece to illustrate the possibility of using Travis picking as opposed to strumming through the chord changes.
One thing to note about this piece is that it may take a minute to get together what's happening in the right hand. Take your time, learn it one measure at a time, and at a slow tempo, and after awhile you won't even have to think about it - no pun intended.
