Watch the Don't You Love Me?: Lead 1 online guitar lesson by Andy Aledort from Jam Night Vol. 3
The majority of the lines played in this solo are based either on a rhythm of swinging eighth notes or eighth note triplets, which go by very fast when playing at a fast tempo like this. Stylistically, the solo is based a bit on the approach of Johnny Winter and Eric Clapton, which as such are sort of amped-up versions of Freddie King and Buddy Guy. Most of the lines are derived from the A blues scale (A C D Eb E G) and A major pentatonic (A B C# E F#).
