Watch the No Tears online guitar lesson by Andy Aledort from Jam Night Vol. 2

Our second reggae-type example is played along the lines of Bob Marley's "No Woman, No Cry," with a repeated chord progression of C-G/B-Am-F-C-F-C-G. A good way to think of it is as I-V-VIm (one-five-six minor), and then IV-I-IV-I-V (one-four-one-five). Let's examine a few different chord voicings to play as well as different soloing approaches while also exploring reggae-type rhythm and soloing ideas.
