A key attribute to all three solos is the intriguing bVII7 chord where you'll play some gutsy, yet classic Charlie Christian-esque lickage at every turn. To make that happen you'll see a whole step drop to the 4th position (as compared to the 6th position employed in the first 10 bars) to get down with some Ab major pentatonic lickage. Notice the consistent targeting of the b7 (Gb) in those instances - it really brings out the spice this unusual change has to offer without sounding too outside.
