Watch the Judgement Day online guitar lesson by Jeff McErlain from Blues Guitar Fakebook: Rhythm Vol. 2
On this one, most notably I've gone to an open tuning, which is quite common in the blues, especially when playing slide guitar. For this tune, I left out the slide but you can see how it would work nicely. If you want to dig into slide, I'd suggest a lighter weight glass slide, not the super thin test-tube thickness slide - those break earlier and sound like poop. The reason for the lighter slide is that if you tackle it on your electric, it's not set-up optionally for slide. For that you'd want heavier strings and higher action.
