Albert King known as "The Velvet Bulldozer" was born Albert Nelson on a cotton plantation in Indianola, Mississippi. King, one of the most influential guitar players ever. King was well over six feet tall and played a Flying V lefty but strung righty so if you are looking at his fingers to cop some licks you might be a little confused! One of his biggest his is "Crosscut Saw" which is based on a rumba rhythm when thrown into a set can really liven up the night.
