As you will notice my right hand is the propellant that keeps the groove moving forward. Keeping those 1/8 notes going is a huge part of the groove. The rhythm is basically one we have covered in the essential concepts section. I suggest just playing the eighth notes with your right hand and muting the strings on the left, just lock up with the groove of the tune. We need to internalize the groove and that swing eighth note feel. Then start to add in the left hand rhythm
