This 12 bar example is
based on an Albert Collins tune called T-Bone shuffle. Collins was paying homage to T-Bone in this
one. This is a killer example that would work well in an ensemble. The reason is that the
progression is based off of 2 note/double stop chords.
I love playing this kind
of progression in bands because it gets out of the way of other instruments and is melodic too. I
have basic chords listed in the tab so you can see how the actual notated rhythm relates.
