We’ve talked about rhumba grooves earlier.
I used to play a tune called Teeny Weeny Bit. The version I always played was a rhumba similar to Koko Taylor’s version. This rhythm in the key of B reminds me of that.
We’re back to my favorite small inversions here too!
The chords for this jam are B7, E7, and F#7. You may not have much experience with playing F#’s. Learn chords using the 12 bar as a guide. Unfamiliar spots like C#, F#, G# etc. will become more familiar with practice.
