In an E chord, pluck the low E, strum, pluck the A string (B note), strum.

Again, like the A and D patterns, it's just a matter of dropping to a lower pitched string pair. Since it's a chord that starts on the low E string, the strum will mostly consist of the lowest four or five strings. The high E can ring out, but it shouldn't be as loud as the rest.
