Here it is, the Big Kahuna of pentatonic position changing patterns. Absolutely every guitar player uses this pattern. You'll use it to your dying day, hopefully. What's so cool about this fingering is that the fingering pattern repeats across the strings. This makes it very easy to remember and play.
As I say in the attached video, you don't have to pick all the notes. You may use slides, hammer-ons, and pull-offs as well. In fact, I encourage it!
