As previously mentioned, a standard practice for slide solos is to take a specific lick and treat it as a "theme" by moving it to other areas of the fretboard. This lick is identical to its predecessor but played one octave lower, on the bottom two strings only. As always, strive for a clean, clear sound with smooth, even-sounding vibratos.
