Like the 2 octave Lydian scale, the fingerings for the 2 octave Locrian scale present us with a bit of a problem. There is just no way to play it with as smooth fingering as most of the other modes, so once again we are forced to do a double slide on the E string, first with our 1st finger and then with our pinky. It may seem a wee bit awkward at first, but stick with it and you'll see the logic in the fingerings.
