Watch the Blues Rock Boogie online guitar lesson by Jasper Mortier from 50 Blues Bass Licks You Must Know
I think compared to a power double shuffle the boogie should be more flowing. In the power double shuffle you can play more muted to get a powerful bounce whereas in the boogie you 'glue together' the bouncy feel created by the drummer. You do this by sustaining the notes and 'flowing' more. The 'dominant shuffle' lick can be compared with lick 19, where I showed you how to add ghostnotes to create more drive.
