Billy Brooks' Bounce Breakdown 5
In this section we'll take a look at the bridge of Billy Brooks' Bounce. We'll use some power chords in the beginning and add a pedal bass note on the D5 groove.
Moving chord forms up and down the neck while keeping the bass note the same is a relatively easy way to create a forward moving groove. To add some relief from the palm slaps on beat 2 and 4, you can insert single line fills or double stop melodies at the end of a section. This will create some space and give a song some structure.
