Watch the Add Hammer-Ons online guitar lesson by Vicki Genfan from Acoustic Rhythm Guitar Cookbook
I would suggest practicing the Fmaj7 hammer-on first by itself. Then work with the C chord going into the Fmaj7. Once you have that down, you're almost to the finish line. The Am11 has a simple "lift off" of your first finger, 2nd string, the Dm9 simple lifts off your finger on the 1st string. Now – in order to get the hammer-on the G chord, you actually need to change fingering in order to give you the fingers to make the hammer-on. It's a great way to build strength and dexterity in your left hand pinky too!
