Watch the Twelve Bar Etude Level 1 online guitar lesson by Vicki Genfan from Open Tuning Handbook: Rhythm
Start by finding the chord shapes and getting used to where your chords are landing (5th & 7th frets for the IV and V chords). Then find the notes for the turnaround and your walking bass line that take us back to the final V chord. If the bar chords are difficult, you will just need to play them a little at a time and gradually build strength. Now you can get your right hand going. Make sure your right hand mute is giving you that little hi-hat percussive sound.
