Watch the Baker's Dozen Breakdown 3 online guitar lesson by Muriel Anderson from Innovations for Acoustic Guitar
We'll take the next two sections of "A Baker's Dozen" a little slower. Check out the right hand fingering. When there are several notes played on the first string I may alternate between the index and middle. Often the thumb moves down to the second or third string in order to accent notes there. Visit the wildly finger-twisting ascending bass line in video 2. Much of the bass line works its way up chromatically against the melody of the main theme.
We'll recap thinking and working in different time signatures, and here's to hearing more tunes in something other than 3/4 and 4/4 time!
