Watch the Nine White Kites online guitar lesson by Peppino D'Agostino from Acoustic Poetica

The initial harmonic arpeggio is quite fast, so make sure to use the proper right hand fingering written on the music staff. At the very end of measure 3 make sure to play the harmonic on the 6th string open (C#) clearly and loudly so that that note would sustain almost until the end of measure 6. From measure 7 until measure 19, notice that the melody is played on the 5th, 4th and 3rd strings and is quite syncopated. The last note on measure 11 (D#-1st string open) needs to be sustained until the end of measure 12. Measure 15 may sound off because of the dissonant interval (F# G) played on the 3rd and 4th string open, but that's exactly what I wanted! The glissato (slide) with the middle finger on measure 19 is done with the l.h. middle finger and needs to be " a tempo" which means with the proper tempo in Italian.
