In 1966 Booker T and the MGs teamed up with Albert King to produce some of his most influential records including Born Under a Bad Sign and Crosscut Saw, a latin-based blues classic. Applying latin rhythms to blues is a common technique in blues and roots music. There's no rhythm guitar track on the recording so blues professor Keith Wyatt whipped up this version for we six-stringers. Listen to the original and see what else you can cook up by yourself.
