 Listen to songwriter Chris Hamilton talk about his group Radiation Puppy, and you’d be surprised to learn that Driving Nowhere is their debut EP. Fueled by favorites such as "Photo Album" and "Shy," the group has entertained audiences since 1997 with their combination of pop hooks, dark sketches, and in-your-face humor. In 2001, Hamilton added guitarist Chris Smith (ex-Quiddity) and drummer Dane Krich (ex-Acacia) to the mix. The new lineup quickly infected the area with solid songs and introspective lyrics. With new bassist Scott Myers (ex-Candy Darling) and the new Driving Nowhere EP, 2003 promises to show that Radiation Puppy is really in the driver’s seat.
