Freelance Video Editor
TrueFire is looking for an experienced and professional video editor to complete post-production processes in the Sony Vegas Pro NLE system for a variety of educational projects by following guidelines and standards provided by our production department.
Editor will be provided with captured video files and in most cases, an existing timeline in .veg format. Editor will then trim, title, edit, color correct, render and then organize video files according to our specifications. Projects will be assigned on a free-lance basis and the editor must have their own equipment, software and workspace. A typical project will require a total of 4 to 8 hours of editing, and turnaround times are typically 48-72 hours per project assigned.
The ideal candidate has excellent file management and work-flow proficiencies, is detailed-orientated, reliable, with ample editing experience working in Sony Vegas Pro 10 or 11.
