Chris Buono's Guitar Gym: Triads

In this edition of Guitar Gym, Chris Buono focuses on developing your command of triads with an emphasis on clean & clear chord changing, timing, focus and endurance. Buono will guide you through 27 Workouts across 3 levels. In Level 1 you'll play closed voiced triads vertically across the full range of the neck in root position as well as 1st and 2nd inversions in the four primary sounds - major, minor, diminished and augmented - with Workouts ranging from 40 BPM to 100 BPM. In Level 2 the four primary triad sounds in all three variations are now played horizontally again on all six strings while the tempos increase to 50 BPM through 110 BPM. Level 3 goes for it playing triads horizontally up and down the neck in a perplexing zigzag motion at a tempo range of 60 BPM and 120 BPM.
