Hi Carmine!
You have two places where you can change your photo: for the profile and for the avatar. Probably your problem has to do with the size or format of the pictures... formats, go with simple stuff like jpg.
About sizes, here's the links and the info for each:
http://truefire.com/forum/profile.php?do=editprofilepic
Note: The maximum size of your custom image is 100 by 100 pixels or 64.0 KB (whichever is smaller).
http://truefire.com/forum/profile.php?do=editavatar
Note: The maximum size of your custom image is 80 by 80 pixels or 19.5 KB (whichever is smaller).
Hope it helps!!
Joao
I believe I had a similar problem with my profile pic. I think I just added it and it automatically replaced the old one, but I am not sure. I do know I had to play with it for a while to make it work.
I am spending time in Jeff Beasley's Sherpa Class, Shred Warehouse! And Cherry Picking Everything!
Proverbs 17:22 says "A cheerful heart is good medicine..." So I must be overdosing.
Eph. 4:31,32 I need to remember this every day.

I agree with Joao. Your picture may be to large. Do you have some software that can reduce the size of the picture [check file size also as Joao already mentioned].
Let us know how you make out.

Here's a link for very cool freeware graphics app. When you're saving to jpg it lets you choose the compression ammount to get the desired final size (among many other things :-)

Thanks my friends (Joao, have you seen my PM?)
I reduced the photo as little as a stamp but no luck.
