    Default All things Gilmour!

Here is a great introductory issue for iGuitar magaizine. It is mostly devoted to David Gilmour with some great lessons. Tab for the lessons can be downloaded from links on about page 114. Lead, Rhythm, Slide, Acoustic,Blues all areas of Gilmour's playing (even effects and some mention of compressors in one article). There are other articles on gear and stuff as well. Good review of the Marshall Haze 40 watt all tube amp as well.

Some really good stuff throughout especially for Gilmour fans!

"I once played notes so fast that light emanated from the strings whereupon, I saw God.... who then told me to relax and start playing music."

"You know, once you've had that guitar up so loud on the stage, where you can lean back and volume will stop you from falling backward, that's a hard drug to kick." David Gilmour
