Welcome Two New SWAT Team Members

Hey everybody, we would like to announce that we have two new members of the SWAT Team. It's actually two forum members who have been super active here and while there are a lot of really active members, these two guys have always come up when we've discussed getting new people involved with the SWAT Team. These guys have a great desire to become better guitarists and like Beboy, Wolfboy and the rest of the team - Rgalvez and JimiClaptonCarl think the journey to becoming a better guitarist works better by helping and encouraging other folks who are taking the same journey. We've all found Truefire and individually discovered how great the learning materials are and how awesome the people of Truefire really are. This forum itself is a testimony to how much Brad, Brad, Ren, Red and the rest of the Truefire family care about their customers. Thank you Truefire and thank you Rgalvez and JimiClaptonCarl for accepting!

Hey Guys! what a nice way to start the day!!
As some know I was not part of the orignal SWAT team by accident, but I always loved the atmosphere here and it's really cool to help each other as Gadlaw describes so good. I won't dissapoint and I found out that Jimi is the piece we need here since he's a young fuel we really need to work hard and have fun with the instrument.

Thanks a lot for thinking about me and let's work!

Roberto - I do recall that you were almost part of the original Swat team... It's been a long time coming and finally here you are. Congrats on your arrival.

I am thrilled to have you two onboard. RG has been around since SWAT started and Jimi brings some youth to us moldy oldies

Anyway this is the first time we have added SWAT members in about a year I guess. Several other folks have been mentioned as well so in the future there will probably be more added. For those of you new, when Brad first conceived of this idea it took quite a while to get enough people onboard even with all the freebies Truefire bribed us with....Now they are handing out free course and straps left and right, on pace for 3-4 free guitars a year...amazing!!!

I would also like to congratulate you two and would like to thank you for accepting the invitation to be a part of the SWAT team. You have both been very active members on the forums and think you will make great additions to the SWAT team. Again, congratulations and welcome aboard.

Actually, the Truefire gang is at the NAMM in Nashville, he approved it before he left, Rgalvez got his email to Brad and a reply back with Brad saying he'll do his magic when he gets back. You were at school and doing that important school stuff so we couldn't find you before then. So you're like in the waiting room, waiting.

I'm still practicing my hammer ons and pull offs for the moment! ;)
Yes as Gadlaw commented I already received Brad's mail. He commented that he would adjust everything after returning from NAMM (or maybe he meant from 'nam ? ) . Let's wait for a while and then we will erase spammers as crazy !!

LOL Rgalvez I am very sorry to let you know that there are no more spammers... they have all been banned already. Well maybe there will still be a few straggling by now and then but ... Thank God, we have been very quiet here lately - regarding spammers anyway.

Even without spammers I think you will enjoy being a 'Swatter'.
