All of us who are internet wanderers and guitar instruction seekers know about Justin Sandercoe. A big Youtube presence, a dude who got mentioned on Slashdot over some of his lessons, and his website with instructional material on it on the 'pay if you can' method. His work as a guitarist for singer Katie Melua and his own album that was announced via his Youtube presence which includes guitar playing lessons from his own album which is available from iTunes and it's where I bought it. (one of the few I bought in the last year)

It's easy to admire his guitar playing ability, his ability to explain and demonstrate songs, concepts and theory all the while maintaining that nearly unnatural good cheer and faith in his fellow man. And there is no denying his impact on the guitar community - one click at a time. :rasta:
