Ringo Starr is set to officially join the Rock n’ Roll Hall of Fame this April for music excellence. He will be inducted by his former Beatles bandmate, Paul McCartney.
Ringo already is technically in the Hall of Fame as a member of the Beatles, however this will serve as his entrance as a solo recording artist. He will be the final Beatle to enter the Hall of Fame. John Lennon was inducted in 1994, followed by McCartney in 1999 and George Harrison in 2004.

The ceremony is going to take place on April 18th in Cleveland, Ohio and will feature performances by Beck, Dave Grohl and John Legend. This will be the 30th Rock and Roll induction ceremony, and it looks like it should shake up to be a great one. You can check out the full show on HBO on May 30th.
