In late 1977 I was about to sell my guitar and get out of the business. My friend turned me on to the "Larry Carlton" album with "Rm 335" on it. This album made me change my decision.

I once motorcycled from North Hollywood down to Humpry's Concert By The Sea to see a 2 hour shorten version of your concert that I went to the next night at the Universal Ampitheater. I loved your music even before I knew it was your music. Happy Birthday Larry. And many more to come, I pray! |

I'm one of those Larry "who" persons, but I went to your concert in Egilsstađir, and I liked it a lot. Thanks. My male relative from Gothembourg, Sweeden couldn't believe you would be in Egilsstađir of all places, just when he was there too. He still has goose pimples and he hasn't washed his hand since he met you. Hope you had a nice time in Iceland. |
